Tomato soup

Homemade recipe for tomato soup lovers. Easy to cook with fresh ingredients which will give you the best and the sweetest flavor!

Ingredients:

  • 10 pcs tomato
  • 2000 ml water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 0 pinch pepper
  • 100 ml cream

Steps:

1. Place tomatoes and peppers on a pan with olive oil and seasonings. Roast until you see a bit of char.
2. Bring broth to a boil and add roasted tomatoes.
3. Blend using a hand blender until smooth & creamy.
4. Top with parmesan cheese or a drizzle of heavy cream if you prefer.
